Sophia Kiese
Managing Director
Sophia is the managing director and first point of contact for our customers and partners. As an experienced management consultant specializing in supply chain, IT, and project management, she is familiar with the current challenges facing companies. Sophia combines economic and technical aspects to create a holistically successful approach.
Sophia specializes in analyzing existing customer IT systems, gathering requirements, and tendering and awarding contracts for services.

Tim Kiese
Service and product management
Tim is responsible for service and product management at flowciety. He brings years of experience in project and contract management, as well as in the development of various systems. He previously worked as a product owner, project manager, and technical director for strategic software projects in the gas industry, banking, and education.
Tim's strength lies in his ability to quickly grasp technical and specialist requirements, coordinate their implementation, and maintain an overview at all times.

Dr. Thomas Kintscher
Software development
Thomas is responsible for technical product management and product ownership at flowciety. As part of his doctoral thesis in astroparticle physics, he developed a system for analyzing large amounts of data in real time with minimal resource requirements and has been working as an independent developer for many years. Thomas has supported product development in various start-ups and brings with him years of experience in architecture design, development processes, and a wide range of programming languages.
Thomas designs software solutions for our customers and manages development teams during implementation.
